Anjuman-I-Islam Public School and Junior College, Panchgani, celebrated its 106th Founders’ Day with great enthusiasm and dignity at its campus on Sunday.

 

The programme commenced with a Guard of Honour presented to the Hon’ble President, Padma Shri Dr. Zahir I. Kazi, followed by a warm welcome to the distinguished guests. The event began on a spiritual note with the recitation of Quranic verses creating a serene and respectful atmosphere.

The cultural segment featured a musical concert by students, along with lively dance and patriotic performances by the primary section, which were warmly appreciated by the audience.

A key highlight of the event was the presentation by the Executive Chairman, who shared the vision and roadmap for the upcoming “Anjuman-I-Islam Knowledge City – Panchgani,” reflecting the institution’s forward-looking approach towards education.

The occasion also witnessed the felicitation of distinguished guests and the honouring of meritorious students and dedicated teachers for their outstanding achievements.

The celebration reached a significant moment with inspiring speeches by alumni, distinguished guests, and the Chief Guest, Padma Shri Dr. Zahir I. Kazi, whose words motivated students and emphasized the importance of values, education, and nation-building.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by the Principal Mrs. Afroz Khan, marking the successful culmination of the event.
